New wrist design: Among the many improvements to the 3000i is a new wrist design incorporating a thicker wrist connector and an improved bearing design that significantly improves rigidity and performance. We also modified the wrist assembly by moving the control buttons onto the wrist. These new, soft-touch tactile buttons are widely spaced to improve operator ergonomics and enhance productivity.

New knuckles: Redesigned knuckles incorporate improved encoder mounting for enhanced accuracy. Protective caps and bumpers provide maximum protection from shock to the principal joints, assuring the best reliability on the market.

New magnetic base: The new design incorporates precision-ground mounting surfaces and larger magnets that increase mounting stiffness by 40% to further improve the rigidity of your set-up. 3000i arms include this new magnetic base at no additional cost.
