Download Problems

Some browsers will attempt to save downloaded files as "index.htm". When this happens please enter the file name of the file i.e. "myfile.pdf" or "myfile.zip" in order to save the file.
Alternatively you can rename the saved "index.htm" to the correct extension after downloading.
